UNIQUE baby boy names HELP!?

i dont no what im having, but im due very soon, me %26amp; my boyfriend can not decide on a boys name, we want a unique first name, bc if its a boy it will have james as a middle name which alot of boys have so i thought the unique first name would be nice..



i was thinking Axel James. [ last name is Williams ]



too me Axel sound very strong and manly, i deffanitly dont want a girly name for a boy.



i know when it goes to school it wud not have a thousand boys with the same name. bc i doubt anyone else wud think of that name.



but id like some other unique names. so if anyone knows of any please tell :)

Axel is a good name.... I also like Max or Howie!! Both are unique an manly!! Older names are less common now you should look into them, Like George or Frank!!! I love old names!!UNIQUE baby boy names HELP!?
Peter James... if your religious or like the name Peter. I don't know anyone named Peter. I think it flows nicely.

i wanted something completley different for my daughter. i found hardy (which is actually a boy's name) but i fell in love with it.

the other names that i like for boys are dexter, declan, sutton and owen. but i do really like axel. i might have to add that to my list.

Actually, I've been on the Baby Names board for quite a long time now, and I can think of at least 10 people who have wanted to name their child Axel. Not saying your child will be one of a million, I'm sure they won't, but often nowadays people go for "unique" names and to their surprise, that "unique" name is incredibly popular!



I also understand that you want a masculine name for your son, but depending on what kind of person he becomes, Axel might not be appropriate for him. You can't choose his personality by what name you give him. What if he grows up to be a watercolor artist, or a cranberry farmer? "Grr, my name is Axel, I paint pretty landscapes, grr!"
