So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows?

But never Indian doctors?

Because honestly there seem to be a lot of Indian doctors out there. So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows? At least they had that movie "harold and kumar make fun of white people"So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows?
Dr. Kutner. Although he's the only one I can think of. At any rate, lots of immigrants run convenience stores, and I assume many of them come from India. And anyway the media (in any country) tends to pander to the majority (i.e. white people) so not many minorities have major roles in movies/shows unless they are the target audience. So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows? It's kind of a stereotype. Truth of the matter is that I actually do see majority of Indians owning gas stations and things like that. I only thought it was like that where I lived though. The media basically feeds off of stereotypes, so there's nothing we can really do about it. :/
actaully i've seen many movies with indian doctors.

but owning a whole 7/11 mexican, blacks and whites only dream of doing that.

indians own hotels too.

it's not a bad thing that we own 7/11's and stuff, i'ts a big accomplishment and makes alot of moneySo why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows?I know a lot more Indian doctors and engineers than 711 and gas station owners. :P But I guess those are just more interesting for people? Plus there are Indian nerds in a bunch of shows now...So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows?
I know!

The only Indian doctor I remember was on Courage the Cowardly Dog, lol.
because store owners are funnier. So why does American media always put Indian 711 owners in movies and shows?
