Why in American movies are non White Latin American actors used when portraying European Characters?

In the movie "Amistad" for example John Ortiz,a Mulatto Puerto Rican %26amp; Geno Silva,a Mestizo Mexican portray the lead roles as "Spaniards" and Castulo Guera,an Argentinean of Jewish heritage plays the role of a "Spaniard Roman Catholic priest". I am ashamed and not suprised that a Jew American(Steven Spielberg)would be involved in producing a true documentary with false "Spaniard" actors.He as well as most Jews desire to taint the honorable image of true White Europeans. Another example would be the movie "The Wedding planner" the lead role is played by Jennifer Lopez,a mixed race Puerto Rican American who plays the role of an "Italian".Why in American movies are non White Latin American actors used when portraying European Characters?I mention it quite often.. Hollywood have to use south americans actors to play the italians roles because real italians are too light and they would not fit the stereotype...same goes with Jersey shore where the wannabe italians got only one or two drops of italian blood not even mention that a lot of them are south americans or mestizo...if they would ever use real italians one they have to admit that italians are white and light and they don't want to...once an american film maker went to Rome to record a movie but once in the city he shouted that romans were far too much "light and blonds" and he could not play a movie with original people so he have to bring those from the hollywood south americans one....americans are distusting in stereotype no wonder why people got so a big misconception of italians...also they don't like to admit that italians are white and light and when you show them reals italians they get angry..lol some people still think that Andy Garcia is italian, Hollywood will always do that because they are too racists to changeWhy in American movies are non White Latin American actors used when portraying European Characters?
I defense ALL the southerns europeans also but when some people ask specific question I can only talk about italians as is the experience I know better, if you see me in other questions I was saing the same things about spain and portugal for example, many times about Greece

Jennifer Lopez played the role of an Italian? I've never seen the other movies, but I'd find her to be an extremely unconvincing Italian.
