There are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?

eat mcdonalds, drink starbucks, listen to american songs, pay attention to what paris hilton said about her dog, chat on facebook, text on their iphone, yet have the audacity to come to an american website to talk crap about america?

we aren't anti-brits. we actually don't care, but at least we don't insult a country and then follow THEIR culture. There are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then? You together with the commenteers are obvious fools. I am right-wing anticommunist and when the Sovietunion existed i saw films produced there and read books written and edited there. And I ate borshtch and blinis and drank vodka, didnt mean i supported them you i****s.There are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?
because people like bitching and complaining for no real reason and they like to judge and generalise without giving the positives a chance to show.

people can be like that worldwide, unfortunatly. There are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?Well im british and i love america and all americans I mean OBAMA IS HOT!!!! i dont really follow the culture as such but im pro america and english as are most of my friendsThere are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?
they like to ***** and sip tea. There are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?its considered cool to knock the biggest anything in the world; countries, film stars, companies, whatever. america is the most influential country in the world so its easy to knock it. american culture permeates every level of society in many rich nations in the world so people will always have something to complain about. also, its worth noting that when bill clinton was president brits had a lot less to say, but after george bush america is portrayed across the world as a bully, not just in britain. most peoples opinion of america is based on the media, and coverage has been savage for the past decade. it doesnt make it true, but people have their reasons, however skewed. also, people watch american movies and tv because of people like robert de niro and stuff like the wire. you dont see anybody knocking themThere are many (and I mean MANY) Brits who are anti-American. why do they watch our movies then?
Y/A is a global site, NOT an American one.

Many of us don't watch Hollywood movies, drink starbucks (you can't get them in Wales) nor eat McDonald's.

A lot of us like our movies delivered without stereotypical nonsense and our food additive free.

Thank you and goodbye!
Who on earth does all that you describe.Frankly there is not one thing you quote which interests me,for one.
