Name of two 80s early 90s American fighting movies?

I want to know the name of two American martial arts/fighting movies. I watched these movies when I was around 9 or 10 years old. I've been trying to figure out name of these two films for a while.



The first film is about two men(one of the men is not Jean Claude Van Dam) who go practice fighting somewhere and then they, along with other allies i believe, fight a lot of people in this building. i believe this film came in the 80s, possibly early 90s(i watched this film in the mid 90's)



the second movie deals with two American woman (one is blond and one brunette) who fight a number of men and have allies that fight along with them. There are many Chinese people who fought in this film and there was a couple of white men(one of the bosses was a white man who i believe had a small pony tail). I believe there was one scene where when of the people who worked for him did something wrong and he ended up beating him up to death. one other scene is where a Chinese dude is spying on others from a ceiling and then he knocks down one of the security guards and proceeds to kill the people who are inside the premises. I believe the movie had a trail in it. I'm positive this movie also came in the 80s or possible in the early (i also watched this film in the mid 90'sName of two 80s early 90s American fighting movies?Bruce Lee in the Crow white guy could have been Chuck Norris.
